What We Do

Everything inside
every room.

A whole-home remodel isn’t just a kitchen update and a bathroom refresh it is a coordinated transformation of how your entire home looks, flows, and functions. We handle every space, every trade, and every detail under one roof.

From the front door to the back of the garage, if it’s part of your home, we can reimagine it.

What Makes Us Different

One expert team that handles it all start to finish.

Most remodels fall apart in the gaps between companies. Your planner hands off to your designer, your designer hands off to your builder and nobody owns the outcome. At KDC, the same expert team handles your project from the first conversation to the final walk-through.

Is This Right for You?

We're the right fit if any of these sound like you.

Our whole-home clients aren’t just renovating. They’re rethinking how their home works for their life. They come to us with a vision, sometimes crystal clear, sometimes just a feeling, and together we turn it into something they never want to leave. Every room, detail, and finish tells a story that is uniquely, completely theirs.

"We just bought a house that needs everything."

We scope it all at once so you only live through construction one time.

"Our home doesn't fit how we actually live anymore."

Life changes. We redesign spaces around the people using them now not who lived here ten years ago.

"We've tried other contractors. It didn't go well."

One team, one point of contact. No handoffs, no gaps in accountability, no finger-pointing.

"We want something beautiful, not just functional."

Our in-house designers create cohesive spaces that feel designed, not assembled room by room.

We respond within one business day.

Project Spotlight

The Twin Coves Project
Whole-Home Transformation.

Dallas, TX

Every room.
One cohesive vision.

This client had fantastic taste, a vision that was all her own, and a home that just needed to catch up. What started as a purchase she wasn’t entirely excited about became, room by room, something she never wanted to leave.

The details are what make this one unforgettable: Custom fabricated fireplace mantles, a stunning arched opening into the primary bath wet room, hot pink cabinetry in the guest bath, fabulous wallpaper in the pool bath, high gloss paneling in the dining room paired with custom draperies featuring a pink “x” detail that perfectly mirrors the artwork on the wall… Every space has its own personality, and together they tell one beautifully cohesive story.

Rooms Transformed

From four completely gutted bathrooms to a laundry room expanded and reimagined with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and a custom workspace, no corner of this home was left untouched. After realizing her vision, this project was awarded the NARI 2026 Remodeler of the Year for Residential Interior over 500 sq. ft. We could not be more proud.

“The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive.I wasn’t very excited about my home purchase before hiring KDC – Now, I love my home and am so grateful to Kitchen Design Concepts for giving me a gorgeous magazine-worthy home. Their integrity, professionalism, and design talent are second to none.”

Bent Tree

This transitional home remodel was done with new frameless painted cabinets, natural stone quartzite countertops, brass hardware and plumbing fixtures, and new appliances including a two-toned venthood. The walls were also opened to make the space between the living room, breakfast room, outdoor patio, and bar to feel cohesive.

Mariners

An electrical fire in June of 2020 catapulted these homeowners to update their outdated home to something spectacular for years to come. With their Indian background, family and gatherings is of the utmost importance and creating spaces that were welcoming and functional for their lifestyle were super important!

Delrose

When these homeowners first visited the home they knew instantly, while it was extremely outdated, it had FABULOUS bones to work with! All of the finishes were original to it’s 1975 build and showed it… With the one of the homeowners being a designer herself it was crucial to blend textures and finishes to create a space that told a story while highlighting her love of Art Deco design.

Common Questions

A little more clarity before we get started.

Most whole-home projects run 4-9 months depending on scope. We give you a detailed timeline in writing during the planning phase and hold ourselves to it. You’ll get weekly written updates throughout so you always know where things stand.

It depends on scope. For full whole-home projects, most clients prefer to stay elsewhere. For multi-room or phased projects, we can often sequence work so you remain in part of the home. We’ll be honest with you about this in the very first conversation.

Surprises happen in any remodel. We build a contingency buffer into every budget from day one. When something comes up, we show you exactly what we found, explain your options, and let you decide. No surprise invoices. Ever.

Projects typically start around $150,000 and range upward depending on home size, materials, and scope. We’re transparent about budget from the very first conversation, no vague estimates designed to win the job and grow later.

Yes. Our multi-room service is designed exactly for this. We create a master design plan for your whole home first, then execute it in phases that fit your timeline and budget. That way, every room still feels intentional and cohesive even if they’re built years apart.

As much or as little as you like. Weekly written updates keep you informed without requiring constant availability. Major decisions come to you with clear options, not open-ended questions that eat your weekend.

Yes, entirely. Permitting, scheduling inspections, managing city requirements. That’s our responsibility. It’s part of being the Planner, the Designer, and the Builder all in one.

Fill out the form on this page or call us at 214.390.8300. We’ll set up a free consultation (about an hour) where we get to know your project and you get to know us. No pressure, no obligation. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s possible for your home.
