We recently finished a kitchen in which we installed a couple of fantastic appliances that can really make the difference for someone who likes to cook. This kitchen is complete with a Gaggenau steam oven,  an American Range wall oven, Miele coffee maker, two Gaggenau dishwashers, microwave drawer and several other top-end appliances. As an amateur chef myself, the two appliances I am most excited about are the steam oven and the wall oven. The combi-steam oven by Gaggenau is a convection steam oven, which means it can both steam and crisp, providing the best of both culinary worlds. In addition to being highly functional, it is also state-of-the-art in looks with a glass-in-frame door (photo below – top).

The American Range wall oven is my other favorite because it is as close to professional as one can get in a residential kitchen. With french doors mimicking those in commercial kitchens, the dependent dual oven doors spring open with ease to pull trays in and out for baking, dehydrating, broiling and more. Plus, with commercial grade durability coupled with a sleek look, it is perfect for a residential kitchen.
