We really opened up and reorganized this kitchen to give the clients a more modern update and increased functionality and storage. The backsplash is a main focal point and the color palette is very sleek while being warm and inviting. Leading directly into a small wet bar, cabinetry continues with bottom lighted floating shelves, and some bonus storage embedded under the staircase on the opposite side. This 3/4 guest bath is the only bathroom for downstairs guests in this gorgeous home, so we really had to give it some pop! We went with a jeweled blue palette with compliments of white, Calacatta gold marble, and french gold fixtures. This Primary Bath needed to be clean, simple, but absolutely stunning – so deep grey cabinetry accents a mostly white and marbled space. These homeowners had very specific needs for their shower, so you will see a plethora of options for showering and storage to accommodate for all of the specific needs. While refinishing the suite, new cabinets were also installed in the Primary Closet to better utilize existing storage space.

While working on these main rooms, it made the most sense to tackle the rest of the home. In the living room, the fireplace was reclad and we installed a new gas insert below a faux-art Samsung Frame Television. New cabinets and shelves flank the left side, while we refaced the cabinetry on the right – the aquarium you see was already there, so we worked around it during the project to protect it during our remodel. New modling and paint cover the dining room, and the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom was refinished with new counters, plumbing fixtures, accessories, and a fresh coat of paint. The entry staircase was refitting with new treads, risers, ballusters – the works!
