This home underwent updates across multiple rooms to enhance both style and functionality. In the entryway, the original flooring was replaced with a waterjet marble mosaic, creating a striking first impression as you enter the home. In the living room, the wall paneling was removed and replaced with sheetrock for a cleaner, more modern look. The fireplace was refreshed with quartzite, adding a vibrant pop of color.

In the breakfast room, a mirrored tile backsplash was installed at the hutch to reflect natural light from the surrounding windows. The kitchen was updated with selective cabinet replacements, and a teal backsplash was installed to tie together the quartzite fireplace and the island countertop.

The laundry room features playful design elements, including teal cabinetry and a teal patterned floor, along with a custom dog food station. The adjacent bathroom was designed to coordinate seamlessly with the laundry room, using the same tile, cabinet color, and countertop for a cohesive look throughout the space.
