PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tucked away in a typical neighborhood in Plano, TX, lies a modern house among classic Texan architecture. Within the home was a vast array of sculptures, ceramics, and a set of clients with a love for the arts. It was simple to make an assumption of the style kitchen our new clients’ would want. With our first design meeting in the books, we were well on our way to demolish their existing 20-year-old space and give our clients their modern dream kitchen.

The biggest challenge within the space was to come up with a palette that both accented the space, while also not over-powering their art collection. The design resulted in wood-tone cabinetry of rift cut oak and coordinating accents that played along with their art pieces. Today, this kitchen is a space of entertaining, relaxation, and enjoyment.
