This client first trusted us with her kitchen remodel 10 years ago, and when it was time to update her bathrooms, she knew we were the perfect choice. Her home, built in 1994, still had finishes that felt straight out of an ’80s movie. Our goal was to modernize the Primary Bath, Guest Bath, and Jack and Jill Bath, creating spaces she could enjoy while considering the needs of future homeowners.

The primary suite is uniquely designed with separate “his” and “hers” areas, each with its own toilet and closet. On her side, we added a luxurious freestanding tub beneath a sleek Andersen black-framed frosted window, replacing dated glass block. His side features an open, curbless shower with wood-look tile that gives a serene, spa-like feel. By removing an unused steam shower, we maximized space and created an environment that feels relaxing and timeless.

In the Guest Bath, we opened up the shower by removing the old walls and adding a pony wall with frameless glass. This not only made the shower feel more spacious but also brightened the entire bathroom. The client wanted to give her guests a resort-like experience reminiscent of Mexico, so we incorporated a vibrant green vanity, round mirror, and statement lighting. The zellige-style shower tile, arranged in a custom pattern, adds texture and a sense of adventure—it’s like stepping into a boutique hotel in Tulum.

For the Jack and Jill Bath, we removed bulky built-in closets to create more usable space. Tall, custom cabinets now offer ample storage, and the soft blue tones combined with hexagon flooring create a fresh, gender-neutral look, perfect for any future homeowners with children.
