PROJECT DESCRIPTION

With a call for a kitchen remodel project in Frisco, TX, we embarked on a kitchen remodel with a client that knew exactly what they wanted. Having a client who knows what they want tells us they’ve really lived in their old kitchen and know it’s flaws – which makes our job that much easier when it comes to design! As a result, working with our clients list of wants, and a combination of our design skills, we designed a kitchen complete with a lighter and brighter space with accents of blues, a larger and better functioning island, better organization within drawers and cabinets, and a better layout.

The biggest design challenge within the space was finding the right layout for the island. We toyed around with incorporating two islands, but quickly realized a single larger island would create more of a “wow” factor. The resulting island is complete with seating up to 7, and two different countertop materials.
