PRESTON HOLLOW - DALLAS, TX

This mid-century gem hidden is a North Dallas neighborhood has all the charms of a home of it’s time but the kitchen was lacking, to say the least! This family of four plus a large chocolate lab needed a new functional space where they wouldn’t hit their heads on the furdowns! (One son is 6’8”!!)

 

Instantly we knew we needed to relocate the laundry room to an unused wet bar area and gain that space for the kitchen!

 

In addition, with the spatial redesign we eliminated an unwanted sliding glass door, relocated the sink to the island and opened the shared living room wall so you could see your guests while entertaining!
