Once the initial planning is complete, it’s time to bring that vision to life. That’s where Kitchen Design Concepts stands out from the rest. We’re not just interior designers, and we’re not just general contractors. We are both, perfectly bridging planning to construction. We are the planner, the designer, and the builder, taking your project from conception to fruition.
Throughout the entire process, we submit daily logs of our progress via our project management platform. It’s a great way for us to communicate with our team and for you to stay in the loop! You will be fully aware of project scheduling, important dates, notes, and more.
Once the plan is finalized and you have your temporary kitchen set up, it’s time for us to roll up our sleeves. First, we protect your existing home so that nothing is damaged during our project. Next, we begin to hammer out existing walls, cabinets, and anything else that needs to go. We dispose of all of the old materials, and prepare the entire space for your new renovation.Â
The final component of all home renovation projects is to complete and install all stub electric, plumbing, flooring, cabinets and appliances, countertops and backsplashes, paint, trim, and more! We have a punch list we walk through to ensure every component of your space is perfect. It may be greek to you, but is fun for us!
Wow! Once construction and installation is complete, we will do a final walkthrough and ensure your project is ready to live in! We clean up after ourselves so that when you walk into your new kitchen, bathroom, or other room, it’s 100% ready for you to enjoy.
Once the initial excitement of your renovation project settles, it’s quite normal to feel the post-remodel blues. For months, your remodeling project has been the center of your world. Now that it’s complete, there’s a sense of loss associated with the closure of that chapter.
The good news is that the remodeling doesn’t have to stop! At Kitchen Design Concepts, we remodel kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, new additions, living rooms, dining rooms, basements, and more. If you’re ready to start updating other areas of your home, we’d love to be your remodeling partner.
