As with all of our kitchen designs and remodels, the first step of the process is to understand who our client is and how he/she will be using the new space. For one of our clients, who is a professional baker, the function of the kitchen was never more important. After understanding her needs and desires, we designed the space to make baking an easy and integral part of her kitchen.
Before we can start any kitchen design and remodel project, we must understand our clients’ needs and how they live in the space(s) to be remodeled. We believe that the best way to get started is with a questionnaire that ensures we don’t miss anything that might be important in helping us understand how to make your space as great as it can be.
We recently finished a beautiful kitchen that truly brings the outside into their interior living area. The family loved their outdoor spaces, the use of blues and greens and especially their infinity pool. It was clear that we would need some visual cues to literally bring the outside in when designing the kitchen and adjacent living area.
While there are many great ways to personalize your kitchen and show off your own style, several recent clients have found counter tops to be their favorite place to add some character. Check out these great kitchen countertops where color is king…
At Kitchen Design Concepts, we believe that an advantage we have over many remodelers, designers and contractors in the area is our bricks-and-mortar showrooms. They allow our Clients to get a feel for us and our work. Our showrooms allows clients to explore the possibilities in terms of materials, photos, storyboards, vignettes and, of course, conversation. With two showrooms in the Dallas area, one in Carrollton and one in Lakewood, we are convenient for our clients whether they live to the northwest or the southeast of Dallas.
