We are excited to announce that two of our employees, Katie Bacon and Rebecca Sutton, have earned their Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) certification through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Katie and Rebecca have successfully attended the CKBR course and completed a 200-question examination to address the fundamentals of managing kitchen and bath renovations including business operations, key financial indicators, marketing tools, job site evaluation, and more. We are excited to expand our expertise among our team.

Rebecca virtually hosts Kitchen + Bath Month
The Texas North Plains Chapter of the NKBA hosts their Kitchen + Bath Month event annually in the DFW metroplex. Due to COVID-19 concerns and quarantine restrictions, this year the chapter held the event “virtually” and presented it as a Facebook Live video. Rebecca – as the Programs Chair – acted as “host” for the evening.

HGTV Selects Kitchen Design Concepts’ Kitchen as Winner
HGTV’s hit show, “Bang For Your Buck, pits three remodels up against one another to see which project added the most home value for the money. The kitchen was praised by HGTV host Vern Yip as “the perfect marriage of function and aesthetics.” Yip and his co-host, local real estate expert Robyn Freese, estimated the Blazeks received an 80 percent return on their remodeling investment, exceeding the national average return of 70 percent and the return of the two other kitchens featured on the “Bang for Your Buck” episode.
