The NARI CoTY Awards are held each year, and for the past couple of years, it has been a high priority for us to enter. Leading up to the awards, our team meets, we go over the various awards, and we select exceptional projects we want to enter. Then, we really focus our time telling our story of each of the projects in the application. Essentially, each project we have tells a story, and that’s what makes our job so special and gives us the opportunity to enter for such awards. So today, we are proud to announce that this past Tuesday, we won a total of THREE NARI CoTY Awards and we are so proud of our work! Take a look below to see what we won!

Residential Kitchen $100,001 to $150,000 – with Allied Stone

From the first meeting, our clients expressed the importance of having a space where they could entertain, have a cleaner look, and gain smart organizational solutions. Creating a design that would last was also very important – staying put was part of their long-term plans. In addition, they love to entertain. It was imperative to design something that was welcoming for guests. Originally, the space created a void of space moving from the main part of the home to the gorgeous backyard, so opening the walls was a must – and after that, everything else fell perfectly into place.

Residential Interior Under $75,000

This project involved creating a bedroom and hang-out space for a teenage girl that was coming home from boarding school. Her parents wanted her to have more privacy from her younger siblings and to really enjoy being at home. Plus, having a cool place to hang out for her and her friends is a win-win. The space we created was originally an attic space and had been converted into a third-floor space that was underutilized. The space was large enough to create bedroom space, a makeup area, multiple closets, and a lounging area. Even so, there still was space left over. We are happy to say this teenager loves her space and has adjusted nicely back home since boarding school. To learn more about this project, check it out here!

Residential Kitchen Under $30,000

This project involved a kitchen remodel requiring minimal demo, but had major updates. It was quite an exciting project as their “farm-to-table” lifestyle was the center of our inspiration. In their yard they had chickens laying eggs and bees buzzing about making honey! It was a true farm-to-table home. We really wanted to reflect that same lifestyle to their kitchen while also bringing it up to date. The cabinetry already had great bones so they were simply refinished, the countertops were replaced, new subway tile backsplash was installed, and unique floating shelves were incorporated.

Thank you!

We would like to say a big thank you to our clients for choosing us for your remodels and a big thanks to the NARI CoTY Awards for the opportunity to win such awards.
