Can you believe it’s already December?! I don’t know about you, but time sure has flown over here at Kitchen Design Concepts! And with it being the first of the month, we are celebrating with yet another “First Friday Feature”! Actually, last month, this feature we are about the share won a NARI CoTY award in the “Entire House Under $250,000“ segment. Read all about our awards here. But while you’re here, check out all the details of the kitchen we remodeled…other rooms to come!
KITCHEN BEFORE
Cabinetry
This kitchen features Ultracraft cabinetry in maple wood, Oakland Park door style with an Arctic White painted finish (perimeter) and Stone with Nickel Linen glaze finish (island). Some of the special features include a Lehman’s pull out, double waste, appliance garage, and more.
Countertops
Two materials for countertops were included in this design. Here we have 3cm countertops are Cambria quartz in a Bellingham finish (perimeter) and a Leathered Absolute Black granite with an eased edge (island).
Backsplash
As for backsplash, we were in search of a material that meshed well with the finishes. We selected a 4×16 H-Line tile from Arizona tile in a Nautilus Glossy finish that we installed in a brick-lay formation.
Flooring
With opening up the kitchen to the living space, we needed to find flooring that would bode well for the all the areas. The resulting flooring material is a 7-1/4” plank, in brushed oak with a Silverado finish from Nature Reserve.
Fixtures and Fittings
From Blanco, we have a Diamond sink in an Anthracite finish, a Rados faucet in polished chrome, and a Cantata Potfiller in a polished chrome finish.
Appliances
With a new kitchen comes new appliances, right?! The appliances include a 36” range from the Dacor Renaissance line, a 30” single wall oven from the Dacor Distinctive line, a 24’ microwave oven also from the Dacor Distinctive line, a 36” vent hood from the Dacor Discovery line, and lastly, an 18” wine cooler-18” from U-Line.
