When you have a bathroom remodel that’s one of the most popular projects on Houzz, it sure deserves a spot as a First Friday Feature! I know what you’re thinking, “Oh, it’s some grandiose bathroom with a 24 karat gold toilet” or something completely unattainable, but in reality, it’s actually a bathroom that speaks to most people. It’s elegant, simple in design, and has many classic features that will stand the test of time (all without having to install a golden throne!), which is why we believe it’s so popular! Not only that, but the carefully selected color palette is calming and makes the time spent in the space enjoyable and relaxing. This space is a perfect example of what we love to do, design spaces that not only will last in quality, but also in aesthetic. So, if you’re ready, let’s see what this space is all about!

Cabinets

This bath features cabinetry by WW Woods Eclipse with a square flat panel door style, maple construction, and a finish of Arctic paint with a Slate Highlight and Brushed finish. The cabinet is constructed to be floating, so there is open space underneath making it easy for cleaning the floors.

Countertop

The countertops feature a 3 cm Caesarstone Frosty Carina. Caesarstone is a quartz product which is a great material for wet areas such as bathrooms!

Tile

The main tile you see is an Arizona Tile H-Line Series, in a 3×6 Denim Glossy, installed as a brick lay up the wall, window casing and built-in niche and matching curb and bullnose pieces. For flooring, we have from Renaissance Tile, we have a 2×2 Hex White tile, with a Matte finish in a straight lay.  Lastly, from Daltile, we have a Rittenhouse Square Cove 3×6 Tile K101 White as base mold throughout.

Fixtures

From Toto, an under counter lavatory with SanaGloss in Cotton, and a Maris commode which is wall-hung, with a dual flush, and a rectangular push plate also in Cotton. From Kohler, a Bancroft widespread faucet with white ceramic lever handles, a Bancroft valve trim also with white ceramic handles, a Bancroft hand shower and slider bar in Polished Chrome, a Bancroft towel holder, towel bar, and toilet tissue holder in Polished Chrome, and a Devonshire bath spout in Polished Chrome.
