A former career with Deloitte consulting provides her with a professional and practical approach to home remodels, allowing her clients to benefit from a highly organized and accountable process on the way to a smart and beautiful kitchen.
She is the second woman and one of only 22 remodelers who holds the Certified Remodeler designation from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). To be honored in this way, a remodeler must demonstrate significant business management and technical capabilities, as well as a long-term commitment to the remodeling industry.
Mary Kathryn Reese
As Vice President and co-founder of the company, Mary Kathryn is typically the first point-of-contact for anyone considering a relationship with Kitchen Design Concepts. Her business acumen and love for cooking make an ideal recipe for helping clients discover the best possible use of their kitchen space. She has found a unique way through Kitchen Design Concepts to combine past experience as a restaurant guest chef plus management consultant and Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers to deliver exceptional results to clients wanting to take their kitchens from ordinary to extraordinary.
Rachel Schroeder is one of the talented designers at Kitchen Design Concepts. She is originally from Prosper, TX and holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University. After college, she began working in the design industry and really found her niche when she started working specifically with kitchen and bath design. She is very detail-oriented, a good listener, and is very dependable, which are all great qualities to have in this profession. When it comes to left brain vs. right brain, she falls very close to the middle. Her free-flowing and creative right brain helps her with the design process and her left brain helps her with the all technical aspects and keep everything on track and within budget.
Dru is a certified interior decorator with a BFA in Graphic Design. With a trained eye for color and composition, she enjoys the challenges that architects, builders, and homeowners present. Dru’s meticulous attention to detail, coupled with her ability to listen and understand a client’s vision, help her create well-executed and beautifully-designed spaces. Dru is an NKBA award winner (2014, Large Kitchen category) and has been featured in several print publications, including Kitchens magazine, Kitchen & Bath Design News, Kitchens by Professional Designers, and the Delaware News Journal.
As Sales Director of Cabinetry for the company, Chris brings 20 + years of sales and sales management experience in a variety of industries. She has a BA in Consumer Science and Merchandising from University of Houston.
Her area of expertise is in understanding her clients’ needs and knowing how to deliver value to support them in growing and developing their business. If you are a designer, builder or architect, you will love working with Chris on cabinetry solutions.
As one of the talented kitchen designers for Kitchen Design Concepts, Rebecca holds a B.S. in Apparel, Housing and Resource Management and a B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. With a love for logic and an eye for design, Rebecca blends art and science to make our clients’ spaces into functionally-sound and aesthetically-pleasing parts of their homes. Rebecca’s past experience includes work with various cabinet manufacturers, giving her a unique understanding of the design industry.
With a degree in mechanical engineering, a general building contractor license and a passion for project management, Ed brings valuable expertise to Kitchen Design Concepts expanding remodeling team. He also brings a background in environmental construction, first as a principal with ES Alternatives where he led efforts related to renewable energy projects and later as VP of Projects for Gateway Green Energy. Ed brings a great attention to detail and deep knowledge with regard to all operational facets of the remodeling business.
As office manager for Kitchen Design Concepts, each Guest in the showroom is sure to interface with Roshel on a visit to Kitchen Design Concepts. In addition to her organizational prowess, Roshel also has a penchant for customer service. With project management a core strength, Roshel complements the team and has become an integral member of the Kitchen Design Concepts staff.
